Studio Drop-In Activity Theme for the Month: Bugs, Insects and Other Crawly Creatures
Today’s Studio Drop-In Activity: Insect Masks, Science / Art Discovery - Start an insect costume! Proboscis mouths, compound eyes or antennae become the subjects of your beautiful insect masks.
Studio Drop-Ins are activities in the Art Studio that are FREE to DCM members and/or with Museum admission. Pre-registration is not required.
Activities are on-going throughout each session and will explore alternating math-, science- and art-related discovery projects that support a different learning theme each month. Some sessions provide the opportunity to take something home with you.
All sessions allow you and your child the opportunity to explore and experiment with a variety of materials.

The Third Thursday is a special time once a month for families of children with autism spectrum disorder to come play at the Museum. The Museum is open to the public at this time and everyone is welcome.
